Curated is for the home that holds its standard between visits — a couple, a family with older children, a household where two visits a month is enough to keep the line you have set.
Reserve is for the home that is fully lived in — younger children, frequent guests, a kitchen that runs every night. Weekly visits, a wider perk allowance, and the same dedicated team.
Private is for the home that warrants a named contact — a Home Manager who knows your routines, your travel, and the small things that shift with the seasons. Weekly visits with a team of two, a quarterly deep clean included, and a monthly minimum that begins at $1,500.

Refined's named service category is Maintenance Housekeeping — the disciplined, room-by-room work of keeping a home at the standard you have set. A representative visit includes the kitchen returned to order, all bathrooms detailed, floors hand-finished according to surface, dust managed at sight lines and high points, and the entry, living, and dining rooms reset for the day.
For the work outside that scope — a deep clean before guests arrive, a move-in or move-out reset for an empty home — Refined offers one-time services in Woodforest as well.
